Bailey left the chambers and bolted up the stairs, in a good mood for once. She hummed on her way towards the Great hall, a little jolt in her step.

Rei was already in the Great Hall by the time Bailey got down there. She was already nearly done with her breakfast and was just lounging in her chair at the staff table.

Bailey took a seat next to her, "Good morning Rei." She said brightly and started loading up her breakfast plate.

"G'morning." She smiled at her friend. "So how're you today?"

Bailey shrugged and smiled, "I'm alright.." She said, grinning. " And how are you?"

"You seem a bit better than alright to me." She teased. "I'm feeling pretty good about today. Dunno why though."

Watching the doors for Severus, she smiled. "Yeah.." She said with a content sigh. "That's good that you're good.. Everyone's gotta be good.." She was clearly daydreaming.

Rei snorted slightly, trying to hold in a laugh at her friend's obvious daydreaming state. "You must've had a really good night to be this spacey."

"What? No.." She yawned softly, "Just tired."

"Really now?" Rei raised an eyebrow. "And what'd you do last night?" She teased slightly.

"Slept, mostly. What did you do?" She said, incredulously.

"Mostly?" She teased some more. "Not much. I just laid around and...read."

"Uh huh. Read." She said softly, "Read him like a book.." She rolled her eyes gently.

"What?" Rei frowned slightly, raising an eyebrow.

Bailey giggled softly and stuffed a piece of toast in her mouth, "See you at the dance." She winked softly, making her way down the stairs and running right into Severus as he came in, she spun around, smiling at him. "See you at the dance tonight, Professor."

"Alright." Rei watched her friend leave with a confused look on her face.

Snape seemed slightly surprised. He nodded his agreement to her with a slight smile.

Bailey made her way to class and then after lunch, she made her way towards her room to do her hair and dress up, taking her time to shave her legs, doing every little detail to make her look fantastic.

The dance was already in full swing by the time Bailey made it down there. Snape and Rei were no where to be seen but then again it was rather hard to see too far with all the people that were already in the Great Hall.

Bailey treaded lightly as she made her way in, in this beautiful organza green formal dress and heels, her hair, fell in curls, but was in an updo. Her graceful body moved across the floor slightly.

"Hey!" Rei came up from somewhere behind Bailey, grinning from ear to ear and looking slightly flushed. Her long hair hung straight and smooth down her back and she was wearing a simple, dark red, strapless gown.

Bailey turned towards her friend, "Hey, wow Rei, you clean up amazing." She grinned softly.

"Heeey." She crossed her arms across the chest in mock anger. "Are you saying I don't look good all of the time?" She stuck her tongue out teasingly.

"You always look good, Rei." She smiled, "What do you think?" She did a little spin, emphasizing the dress.

"You look amazing." Rei grinned as she watched her friend spin in place. "Did ya get all spiffed up for anyone in particular?" She winked as she teased her friend.

"You'll never know.." She said softly, looking around. "I think I have to go sing now, apparently." She grinned softly.
