"If that is what you want." He nodded slightly.

Bailey shrugged, "I'm not sure.." She said, looking at him softly. "Do you need help patrolling?" he said softly.

"I will await your answer." He studied her for a moment. "I do not necessarily need the help but...I would enjoy the company."

Bailey turned around and walked beside him, she crossed her arms over her chest, "So.. " She said softly. "Did you enjoy that kiss earlier today?"

"It was most definitely a surprise." A slight flush appeared in his pale cheeks. "But I cannot say that I did not enjoy it."

"Hey, I didn't expect to be kissing you, it was a surprise on both of our parts.." She said, the hair at the back of her neck standing up in embarassment.

"Are you trying to say that you cannot control yourself around me?" He raised an eyebrow slightly.

Bailey grinned softly, "That's exactly what I'm trying to say."

He coughed slightly, apparently surprised by her answer. "So are you going to stay?" He asked after a few moments of silence.

Bailey nodded, "I think so.." She stated softly, "It really depends how dangerous it gets for me and Belle here.. "

"Hogwarts is one of the safest places to be as long as Albus is with us." He stated simply.

Bailey stretched softly, "I understand that, Severus. which is why I'm not leaving yet."

He shrugged slightly. "Don't you think you should inform Albus that you are in fact staying?"

"My fawn never made it.." She said softly, "I didn't have the strength to keep in conjured for long.. Or the happy memory associated with it."

"Ah..." He nodded slightly and walked on in silence for a few moments.

Bailey crossed her arms over her chest gently. "I never saw the point anyway.." She said softly. "I'd always go running to the head master when people picked on me.. I guess this is my way of calming him down."

"Never saw the point of what?" He frowned slightly.

Bailey shook her head softly, leaning against the wall. "Nevermind.." She stared up at him nervously.

"What is it?" He stopped and turned towards her, his dark eyes locking with hers.

Bailey licked her lips softly, shaking her head. "Just still a little bit shell shocked."

He raised one eyebrow slightly. "What for?"

"That I kissed you.. and that you like me.." She tilted her head softly.

"Ah." He smiled slightly. "That is understandable."

Bailey looked at Severus, "Kiss me?" She said softly, raising her eyebrow.

Snape's eyes widened considerably. "I..."
