"They used to be best friends or something." She shrugged again.

Bailey nodded softly, shaking her head. "Wow.. and now they aren't?"

"Course not." She leaned back a bit and sighed. "I'unno too much about it though."

Bailey nodded softly, "I bet he's afraid of what will go on if he tells anyone but the X-Men."

"True." Arti shrugged slightly. "Though a lot of the students here are pretty fiercely loyal to Xavier."

Bailey nodded and smiled, "I can definately, see why." She said softly, "He was so kind to me.."

Arti grinned a bit. "Yeah. He's like that to everyone. I mean most of the people here he just took in and won't accept any sort of reimbursement."

Bailey grinned softly, "Do you play an instrument?" She tilted her head gently. She grinned softly. "I was just wondering... I play the guitar." She tilted her head, shaking out her hair.

Arti paused for a moment and blinked. "Um...yeah. I play guitar and I'm learning bass in my spare time." She grinned. "Jimmy Page is my idol."

"Hey, maybe we could jam together later today with your bass." She winked softly, "I think theres a music room." She grinned gently.

"That'd be nice." Arti grinned. "I haven't had much time to practice it recently. And there is one, though I've never actually used it."

Bailey pulled Arti up., "Lets explore then, shall we?" She grinned softly, looking at her.

Arti grinned an steadied herself as she wobbled slightly. "Gotta take it slow though. I've still got that concussion and all." She winked a bit.

Bailey lifted her in her arms and walked slowly with her up the mansion steps, up to the music room, where there was all brand new instruments. "Yes.." She grinned softly.

"Wow." Arti glanced around the room. "I've seriously never been in here before..."

"I walk the halls at night sometimes.. I only need a few hours of sleep, so mostly I'm just awake, exploring." She grinned softly, taking the guitar in her hand and plugging it into the amp.

Arti grinned slightly and pick out a bass, plugging it into an amp and sitting in a nearby chair. "It's not mine but it'll hafta do." She strummed a few chords idly, testing it to see if it needed tuning.

Bailey was already tuning hers, her sensitive ears detecting Arti's bass, "It does.." She said softly, grinning.

Arti nodded slightly and began tweaking it. After she was satisfied with how it sounded, she began to pluck a simple tune.

Bailey began to play a rock tune, grinning softly. "Oh yes, I still got it.." She grinned softly.

Arti grinned slightly and listened to the tune Bailey was playing. After a moment or so, she began to improvise a bass line that matched Bailey's tune rather well.

Bailey grinned softly, smirking. "We rule together." She giggled softly.

"I'd hafta agree wit' dat." Remy smiled slightly from the doorway. He was leaning heavily on his staff and had a bandage wrapped around his head just like Arti's. Arti jumped a bit and accidentally messed up the note.

"What're you doing out of the Med Lab?" She glanced up at him, idly strumming a few soft chords.

"I coul' as' th' same t'ing of you." He smirked a bit at her. "Bu' don' le' me stop you two from playin', bebette." He wobbled over to a nearby chair and sat.

Bailey blushed and looked at Arti. "Lets see if you can match this one.." She started strumming quite a fast rock tune.

"Lucky for me the bass parts to most songs like that tend to be pretty simple." She grinned a bit and started up with a matching bass part after a few moments of listening to Bailey's tune.
