X-Men! <3

Bailey watched Logan go and then smiled at Scott, "Thanks.." She said softly, "But I'm not hurt.." She said and smiled, waving before turning after Logan and walking after him. "Hey.. Can we talk?" She said, sticking her hands in her pockets.

Logan glanced at her but didn't slow down. "About what?" He growled slightly.

Bailey got infront of him, "Why the hell are you acting like I'm the 10th plague?" She tilted her head. "I'm.. not trying to be rude to you.. and I just don't understand why you're being rude to me."

He stopped abruptly and scowled. "If you haven't noticed, I'm like this to everyone. Why should you get special treatment from me when I don't even really know you?"

"Maybe you should stop being like this to everyone.." She screwed up her face. "You're not the big bad lone wolf, so stop acting like it." She muttered.

"How would you know? We just met." He growled. "And I'd prefer to be left alone anyways." He moved around her and stalked off.

"Because you're doing the exact same thing as me.." She said quietly, but she knew he could hear her. If he was anything like her, his sense of smell and hearing were impeccable.

If Logan did hear her, he didn't say anything or slow down at all. He just continued his angry walk down the hall.

Bailey walked outside and sat at the very edge of the grounds, on a single swing, pushing herself forward on it. She sighed softly.

Storm saw Bailey and it started to storm and she walked over to Bailey. "Hey.." She said softly, "Are you okay Bailey, you seem a bit down?"

Bailey looked at the ground, "I'm fine, Storm.. I.. just. I haven't really got along with many people.. other than Rei. I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe... The mansion isn't the right place for me."

"Rei?" Arti was leaning up against a tree behind them. She had a bandage wrapped around her head and she still looked a little groggy, but she was standing there smoking. "You've only been here for, what...a day?" She grinned slightly and wobbled a bit, using the tree for support. "You gotta give it more time than that."

"Arti.. Why the hell did I think your name was Rei?" She looked puzzled. (Because the hand that's controlling me is a retard) Bailey mused and she sighed gently. "Arti.. It's nothing personal.." She looked at her slightly.

Arti grinned lopsidedly. "I'm not taking it personally or anything." She shrugged a bit. "I just think you gotta give it more time."

Bailey looked at Arti and tilted her head gently.

Storm sighed, "Just give it a week more.. And then if you want to go, we'll tell the professor.." She handed Bailey a bag. "I bought these for you.." She smiled, "They're some new clothes and shoes, all your size." She stood and waved, walking away.

Arti watched Storm go in silence, taking a long drag on her cig. "I thought she'd make me go back to the Med Lab for sure." She grinned slightly. "Anyways, I think you'll fit right in after a bit. You should play basketball with us next time." She winked.

Bailey smiled softly, but then frowned. "He hates me.. " She said softly.

"Who?" She frowned slightly.

"Wolverine.. Logan, whatever the hell he's called, he hates me. Because he just wants to be left alone.. and Apparently my questions are too much for him. I just.. don't want to face him or the Professor or anybody right now."

"Well, Logan hates everyone. 'Cept Jean." Arti shrugged slightly. "He scared the crap outta me when I was new here. I made the mistake to ask him for directions." She grinned a bit. "Well, you don't hafta face any of them now. Just stay out here with me." She smiled as she sat down, leaning against the tree. "I wonder how long it's gonna take before people realize that I'm not in the Med Lab anymore..."

"Quite a bit.." She tensed softly, "Everyone's all in Exavier's office up in arms about Magneto's entrance into the school." She frowned, "So what did Magneto do, anyway?"

Arti shrugged slightly. "I've been unconscious up until like five minutes ago. Seems like he just broke into the Danger Room while we were in there though."

"No.. No.. Why is he considered bad?" She looked at Arti, her eyes curious.

"Oh." Arti frowned slightly. "Well, from what I've gathered, the methods he uses are sorta...cruel to normal people. I think he thinks that mutants should control everything."

Bailey nodded softly, "Oh.. I get it now.." She said, closing her eyes.

"I've heard he's just as smart as Professor Xavier." She paused slightly. "Just something happened and he snapped or something."

Bailey stretched and looked outside the gate, "That's strange.." She said softly, "Not a nice guy.."
