Phantom of the Opera.

"Oh, it'll come." She smiled slightly. "Don't overwork your voice though." She paused for a few long moments.

A hidden voice beneath the thunder
Cascades whispers reaching down
A life less perfect in its living
Is to real purpose summoned now
As dream carved eyes sing empathy
With wings made mortal to the search
For essence weighed in temples raged
Ascend the fires and salted earth

She sang quietly and drowsily. Her voice had indeed improved.

Bailey smiled, "Good night, Rei." She sad softly, she exitted the room, making her way down to the cafeteria to heat up Serenity's bottle for her midnight feeding and she whistled softly as she ran the hot water and boiled it, heating the bottle up. She sighed softly, flipping the bottle over to trail some of the hot formula on her wrist to check the temperature.

"She could always help you as well." He echoed softly. "She has definitely improved, that much is undeniable."

Bailey dropped the bottle, but caught it in time. "Erik!" She hissed softly. "Don't do that, you scared me." She muttered softly. "I was planning on getting her to help me.." She frowned softly, she began to dry up the outside of the bottle with a stray towel.

"I apologize." He paused for a moment. "I would have thought you would be used to it by now."

Bailey turned, "I've only been back for two days.." She said softly, "I have to get back, otherwise Erika will start to cry and wake Rei.." She said, licking her lips. "But thanks for the suggestion."

"You are welcome." His voice faded away into silence.

Bailey walked out of the cafeteria, making her way up to the room where Erika was already crying, she took her bottle, but she was being fussy so Bailey lied on the bed. "You just.. want me to sing, don't you?" She said and Erika stifled a cry. Bailey looked over at Rei and then started to sing gently, barely above a whisper while rubbing Erika's back.

In sleep
he sang to me

Rei smiled slightly as she sang softly, her eyes still closed.

Bailey sighed gently, "She's out like a light.." She said softly, putting her in her crib gently and sitting on the bed. "I didn't want to wake you... But that's her favorite song.. ever."

Rei sat up and stretched slightly, shrugging. "S'alright."

Bailey sat back on the bed, tilting her head gently and climbed under the blankets, silent tears were falling from her eyes, so she rolled over to face away from Rei. And towards the mirror. Bailey tried to stop crying and soon she just ended up covering her head gently. "Good night.." She said softly.

Rei frowned slightly but didn't say anything. "Night, hun." She murmured as she stood, not very tired anymore.

Bailey tried to fall asleep, and it seemed when she finally did her alarm went off and she groaned softly.

Rei had fallen asleep on the couch, a book laying open on her chest.

Bailey had gotten up, gotten dressed and gotten Serenity all dressed and changed. She put her in her stroller and smiled, covering Rei, before going outside the dorm and making her way down to the theater, when they entered, it was oddly deserted. "What is with this place? When I was here two years ago it was never deserted."

"Things will become busier in here once the next play starts up." The voice echoed softly as if it wasn't sure it wanted to reveal itself.

Erika squeeked lightly, laughing. "Do you think that's funny? He scares mommy hallf to death and you think his voice is funny." She said, laughing. "Ah I guess so." She shook her head. "Thanks. I just brought her to see the stage."

"Nothing to thank me for."

Bailey sat in an audience seat and unbuckled Erika. She started getting fussy and Bailey sighed.

She sang and Erika instantly calmed down, lying on her shoulder, sucking on her thumb.

The theater was eerily quiet as she sang and the silence stretched on even after she had finished and her slight echo had tapered away.

Bailey had put Erica in her stroller and sighed slightly, rocking her back and forth as she walked out of the theater.

Rei nearly ran into Bailey as she was entering the theater. "Hey." She grinned widely. "D'you remember when the casting call's supposed to be?"

Bailey shook her head gently, "I believe friday, but I'm not sure." She said softly, smiling a bit.

"Oh okay." She smiled slightly. "D'you have a class now?"
