The music started and Bailey waved Rei up, grinning softly, the tune to Girls just wanna have fun, playing.

Rei grinned widely and hopped up on the stage next to her friend.

Bailey started to dance, most of the girls in the audience were having a blast as she took the microphone. She was having fun, acting like a kid again.

Bailey magicked up some red heart sparks, careful to avoid any teachers, all but one that snuck up on Severus and exploded slowly, it smelled like Bailey's sweet scent.

Rei danced about happily, singing along with her friend rather well.

When the song was over, Bailey made her way down the steps and soon loud, booming music started, Bailey grinned at Rei and licked her lips softly. "That was awesome.." She grinned softly.

"That was awesome." Rei grinned lopsidedly, panting a little from all the excitement.

Bailey was nervously chewing on her lip as she smiled. I guess I better go.." She smiled softly. "Have a good rest of the night.." She said to Rei. She was kind of disappointed and her heart was breaking. She knew what she did for Rei was right, but it caused a whole rift of problems between her and Severus. Bailey made her way out of the great hall, pulling off her horns, tears streaming down her face.

Rei frowned slightly as Bailey left but she was quickly swallowed in the crowd.

"You do know that this ball is mandatory for you until it is over?" Snape was lingering outside the Great Hall.

Bailey didn't answer, she just climbed the stairs, "I don't care." She said softly, she made her way towards the staircases.

"And why is that?" He followed her.

Bailey spun around in tears, "Stop following me!" She yelled. "Just leave me alone." She said, climbing the stairs up towards the third floor.

He stopped in place, looking as hurt as he could. "Do you really want me to leave you alone?" He sighed slightly then turned and headed towards the dungeons.

Bailey grabbed his arm and she looked at him, her lip twitching. She glanced up at him gently., the tears falling freely. She finally let go of his arm and turned walking towards the third floor.

The pained look on his face was more pronounced with her being that close. But he didn't say anything or try to stop her. He just stood there with his head in his hands.

Bailey curled up on her bed and cried herself to sleep, when morning came, she didn't turn up to her first two classes or breakfast or lunch.

There was a soft knock on her chamber doors. "Bailey?" Rei called softly through the door.

Bailey groaned softly and got up, walking to the door, her face was teared up, and it looked like she had been crying all night. "I'm sick.." She muttered softly.

Rei smiled sadly then just hugged her friend. "Rumors are flying about the two teachers that haven't shown up to their classes at all today." She paused. "But at least you're still in the castle and accounted for." She frowned slightly.

"And.. Severus isn't?" Her lip quivered and she grabbed her cloak. "Let's go.." She said softly, walking out of the room, tugging Rei behind her.

"Go where?" Rei seemed slightly surprised by this.

"Look for Severus." She stated, sighing gently. She paused softly, "What sort of rumors?"

"Mostly stupid shit 'bout the two of you shacking up or similar things." She shrugged slightly. "Where are we gonna look for him at?"

"I have a hunch." She said softly, making her way out towards the Quidditch pitch. The wind nipping at her skin.

"And what sorta hunch would this be?" Rei followed Bailey closely.

Bailey walked up the Slytherin quidditch pitch quickly. "He loves Quidditch, he just was useless on a broom."
