Phantom of the Opera.

Rei startled awake, eyes wide and tears streaming down her face. "What the hells going on?" She choked. "It took everything I could muster not to just jump on Curtis and strangle him and I felt like I was gonna die seeing you walk away with him like that."

Bailey tossed Rei's hair back and hugged her softly. "Hey, I think it's pretty demented of me to walk away from you, it was like I was there, but I couldn't get out.." She whispered, "This theater.. This place, it just is hurting us.."

"Why's this happening to us though?" She hugged Bailey tightly, still crying.

"No clue.." She said softly, tilting her head backwards, she kissed her cheek, "We'll get through this, don't worry, Rei. Lord forbid somebody strangles somebody first..." She glanced up at the catwalks.

Rei sniffed slightly, wiping her eyes and regaining some composure. Glancing over at Curtis, she smiled weakly. "I'm sorry I wanted to kill you." She teased slightly.

Curtis smiled, "Likewise... We need to figure out something quick, lest we all kill everyone.." He stated and sighed. "So the Phantoms real.."

Rei sighed and rubbed her face slightly. "Well, according to Gaston Leroux, yeah." She smiled slightly.

Curtis shook his head softly, "This is a bombshell.." He sat on the stage and suddenly looked up at Bailey, "Oh, Christine, do not be frightened, we will find out what is the matter."

Bailey sighed, "Here we go again.." She murmured.

Rei sighed. "I don't have the energy to go through that again right now." She paused for a moment. "Well, for me at least, it's only happened while in here." She frowned slightly.

Bailey nibbled on her lip sighing gently, taking a small breath of air and sitting down, "Maybe we should all take a nap."

Rei sighed slightly again. "I'm not really sleepy though..."

"Rest.. Nap." She said softly, helping Rei up, "I'll lay with you, lets just go.." She smiled and helped Rei up, Curtis stood up and bowed, turning to walk away.

Rei leaned against Bailey, not really for physical support but she was mentally worn out by this point. "What're we gonna do with him if he doesn't snap out of it?" She glanced back at Curtis and frowned slightly.

"He's not detrimental. He'll wonder about doing good.." She said, helping Rei towards their dorm room when she snapped back into Christine and suddenly shook, jumping away from Rei, backing towards the door. "Are you going to hurt me.."

Rei frowned slightly. "Why would I hurt you? I'm too damned tired." She sighed sadly.

Bailey tilted her head gently and walked towards the dorm room, unlocking it and going to her bed, collapsing on it.

Rei sighed again before collapsing on her bed as well.

Bailey shook softly,finally falling asleep, she woke pretty late mall things considered.

Rei was already up by that point. She was curled up on the couch, sketchpad in her lap and oversized headphones covering her ears.

Bailey had woken at about 2 in the morning and stood, touching Rei's shoulder, "I'm going to the cafeteria to make some tea.." She said and then proceeded to exit the dorm and make her way down towards the dark cafeteria which back then would have been the second basement of the theater house, she moved into the kitchen and felt around for the lightswitch, but couldn't find it, but there were a few vending machines providing a little light, so she went about the cafeteria making tea, humming slightly.

"What are you doing down here so early?" The oh so familiar voice echoed throughout the otherwise silent cafeteria.

Bailey didn't even jump, she sighed gently, "Making tea, I have a headache.." She said softly, "What about you, don't you ever sleep?" She said, adding the hot water to the cup and then some milk and honey

"I do sleep. About five or six hours a day."

She nodded, stirring her tea, "Do you want some, there's a lot left?" She said, reflexivly grabbing another glass for him without waiting for an answer.

"Yes, please." The voice echoed quietly followed by even quieter footsteps.
